Vice President of Finance

Mr. Coop is Vice President of Finance of Atlas's private capital funds and public company vehicles having joined in June 2021, and is based in New York. Previously, Mr. Coop was a Banking and Capital Markets Manager within the Audit and Assurance Services practice at PwC where he performed audit and attest services for global banks, financial technology firms, and special purpose acquisition companies.

A native of Port Huron, Michigan, Mr. Coop is a Certified Public Accountant and is a recipient of the Elijah Watt Sells Award. Mr. Coop earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with minors in Mathematics and Economics, and a Master of Accounting degree, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan.
